Cancellation Policy

Our work together begins when I send you an in-depth questionnaire to help you start preparing for our session. Cancellation with a full refund is available up until the point you have received the questionnaire, after that refunds will no longer be available. To reschedule your appointment, please get in touch at least 24 hours before the session is due to take place. You will receive an online meeting link for our mentoring session. Please arrive promptly so we can make the most of the time you have booked. If you are purchasing a 12-month Power-Hour Plus Package, you are making a commitment to the full 12-month programme of business development and marketing mentoring. This is a non-refundable package. What to Expect

Reboot, refresh, realign… Whatever you need most right now, this completely flexible Power Hour of 1-to-1 mentoring is a chance for you to thrash out what’s feeling stuck, upskill on a particular marketing topic, or simply unleash new creative ideas for growing your business. The session begins when you press the "Book" button, and receive an in-depth questionnaire to help focus your thoughts on what you’d most like to get out of our time together. In the questionnaire, I’ll also ask you to send me any info that might help me prepare, so we can hit the ground running during our meeting. When we spend the Power Hour talking, we’ll aim to stay solution-focused on your current priorities. I’ll then follow up with a written synopsis of all we’ve discussed, along with relevant useful advice, a reading list, and suggestions of next steps that you can move forward with in your own time. There’s no right or wrong way to use your Power Hour Plus session. It’s an open, non-judgmental space for you to take a deep breath in, and power up. A gift you give yourself and your business.
